I liked the service & food in the bar
This is the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in - and I visit a lot of hotels in Ireland. The bath was stained, the seal around the handbasin is in need of replacing, there was a crack in the handbasin, when I sat on the bed the four corners of the mattress lifted up, there was a crack in the ceiling directly over the bed, the bed had a old wool blanket that was stained, the door lock was broken so I couldn't lock the door, the door card only worked after trying it approx 4 times - each time, I could hear everything in the corridor and upstairs, the window was in need of repair, the breakfast was minimal and confined to a small area at the back of the restaurant, orange juice was filled from cartons. I expressed my dissapointment to the receptionist when I was leaving - her reply was that they will give me a free upgrade when I visit the hotel again, I most definatly will not be staying on this hotel again.

The location of the hotel was quite central, making
It easy to access various eateries and shops nearby. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, though the decor was dated. I particularly enjoyed the friendly service from the staff, who were accommodating and eager to assist.

We didn't feel like leaving, couldn't recommend more. The place was spotlessly clean with a genuinely helpful and extremely helpful staff from late night shift. The location was ideal and nice, 10 minutes' walk to the center. All the dishes were OUTSTANDING, nevertheless you can visit nearby The Gallery Restaurant & Bar.

Food quality impressed me. The fish and chips tasted amazing. Breakfast choices exceeded my expectations. Room was clean and spacious. Noise levels were disruptive. I could hear music from the bar below and conversations from the street. The staff offered friendly service but at times seemed inattentive, especially during breakfast. It was frustrating waiting for coffee despite being one of the few guests. The car park access was tricky as the signage was poor. Staff helped when I needed an early check-in for a wedding, which I appreciated. The location was convenient, being close to shops and amenities.

The staff were very friendly, helpful with a prefessional attitude.
The breakfast was 25 minutes late being delivered to the room. The phone didn't work. I had to call reception from my mobile phone.
